On April 16, 2025, Magnolia Properties acquired 4302 Iroquois in Lakewood, CA. The existing home was completely renovated, and two new backyard units were constructed, each designed as a 1,200 SF three-bedroom, two-bath layout.

Construction was completed in April 2026, and the property is now held as a stabilized three-unit rental following the completion of a cash-out refinance.
