Magnolia Properties acquired 5536 Tilbury, located in Lakewood, CA, on August 8, 2024. Since acquisition, the existing home has been taken down to the studs and redesigned from the ground up to enhance its appeal. Two new backyard Accessory Dwelling Units were also constructed, each designed as a 1,200 SF three-bedroom, two-bath layout.

Following the completion of construction and leasing in July 2025, we executed a cash-out refinance and now hold the property as a long-term cash-flow asset.
