On June 23, 2024, Magnolia Properties acquired 6243 Warwood in Lakewood, CA. We fully renovated the primary residence and added two new 1,200 SF, 3-bedroom units in a stacked backyard configuration.

Construction concluded in June 2025, and following a successful cash-out refinance in July, the property is now a stabilized three-unit rental within our portfolio.
