Magnolia Properties acquired 6243 Warwood, located in a quaint neighborhood of Lakewood, CA, on June 23, 2024. The existing home was completely renovated, and two new backyard units were constructed, each designed as a 1,200 SF three-bedroom, two-bath unit stacked on top of one another.

Construction was completed in June 2025, and the property is now held as a stabilized three-unit rental following the completion of a cash-out refinance in July 2025.
